Orders submitted within the designated cutoff period are considered confirmed. To maintain the integrity of our kitchen and delivery schedule, cancellations are no longer permitted once delivery has started or if requested after the weekly cutoff.
Payments must be settled within the stated deadline. If payment is not received or proof of payment cannot be verified, our team may coordinate directly with you to complete the transaction prior to or during delivery.

If adjustments are necessary, rest assured that:

For South branch deliveries, please confirm with our Admin Team to check if your address is within our free delivery coverage.

Sunday to Thursday
7:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Available in Metro Manila and select nearby areas.
🌅 Morning Delivery
Monday to Friday
6:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Available only in the following areas:
Quezon City, Pasig, Ortigas Area, Mandaluyong, Manila, Pasay, Makati, Taguig.
Morning delivery is not available for South branch areas. Addresses outside the morning route will automatically be scheduled for Evening Delivery.
You may indicate a preferred time, but exact arrival depends on rider route, traffic, and weather conditions.
Our riders will wait up to 10 minutes upon arrival. If no one is available to receive the meals, re-delivery via third-party courier may be arranged and charged accordingly.
📩 Proof of Payment
To avoid delays, please ensure your proof of payment:
• Matches the name on your order form
• Clearly shows the transaction date
• Includes the reference number
Incomplete or unclear details may require re-submission for verification.
📦 Minimum Orders & Meal Options
• Minimum subscription: 3 days
• Please select the days or meals you wish to exclude during checkout
📦 2-Meal Plan Reminder
If you choose 2 meals per day:
• The calories allocated for the 3rd meal will be deducted (not redistributed).
• Your selected macro breakdown will still be followed.
If you prefer the full daily calorie count divided into 2 meals:
✔ Select the 3-meal option
✔ Go to the Restrictions tab in the order form
✔ Tick the option requesting calorie division into 2 meals
Additional fees apply for redistributing snack calories into main meals.
🔁 Order & Delivery Changes
Need to update your order or delivery details? We’re happy to help.
Please submit your request before the weekly cutoff:
Saturday at 7:00 PM.
Requests received after this time will be applied to the following week’s schedule.
⏳ Weekly Cutoff Reminder
• Cutoff for Monday meals: Saturday at 7:00 PM
• Last day to order for the week: Monday at 7:00 PM
Orders placed after the Monday cutoff will automatically move to the following week.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
• No cancellations once delivery has started
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 days before your start date
• 10-day and 20-day plans are non-refundable once delivery begins
You may pause or reschedule your subscription before the Saturday 7:00 PM cutoff.
🎁 Promos & Special Discounts
Promos and special discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Once a promo has been availed, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
